"I get woken up by a phone call 11:30 PM the night before check in saying the county has turned the water and electricity off. The county says it is uninhabitable. I had friends in the area and they sent me a photo showing the county shut them down three days prior to the call. The house was in shambles. No way someone was/will stay there. We had twelve family members coming. Some flying from NY. AND... this rental was for fourth of July week! Good luck finding a place for 12 people for the next...

"This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend."

"The property was very clean and welcoming. The owner was very responsive and we especially appreciated the no pets policy. The attention to detail made our stay very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add a disposal, but again, wonderful stay! We will definitely plan to rent again in the future!"

"washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay"

"They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles."
