« This was my first time staying in "Ruby" but it definitely won't be my last. First off the communication from the host was amazing she was so fast at getting back to me that it was almost like we were texting each other in real time. The caboose itself is absolutely amazing, the decor is awesome and everything you need is inside. I showed my friends who were staying down the street and they said that they were going to stay there next time they're in Virginia City. I can't wait to come back....

« Great property with plenty of space. Very quite neighborhood, close to the freeway, Victorian Square and all the fun things in the area. Communication with property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this property. »

« We spent three nights here over the Thanksgiving holiday. Cozy cabin space with fireplace. The period decor was great--right out of the 1950's but clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful--we hit some local hills for early season sledding and they set us up with sleds and helmets. We will be back! »

« Everything about the property was great and as described. The only problem was that there was a patch of broken glass that my daughter found with her foot. I guess the housecleaner didn't thoroughly vacuum. »

« Really enjoyed the area. The Sparks Marina has a lot to offer. The apt complex is fantastic. I rent a lot through VRBO and never haveI put in a complaint regarding a rental. This is way out of my character but this was soooo unacceptable I need the OWNERS to be aware of these shortcomings. Checkin was not acceptable, We we’re approved for a 2:00 checkin and couldn’t access the apt until 4:20, regular checkin was at 3:00. We had perishables that needed to be refrigerated but the frig was...

« Decided to test out ski hills in Tahoe and this was a perfect spot. Close to all ski hills and the kitchen was perfect for us to cook at home. Hot tub right out front of unit was great. »

« Everything was perfect. The host is a great communicator. Later in our first day he checked to see if we needed anything but nope, the unit, supplies, and cleanliness were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again should our travels bring us this way. »

« Everything was good! Could use a better mattress on the pull out bed my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. Same with the bedroom mattress very springing. Other then that great »

« The local was perfect. Was able to walk to several brew pubs. Parking was off site but was available at all hours. The balcony was perfect for sitting out a having cocktails looking over the river and park. Will be staying here again. »

« Lo rentamos para fin de año y la verdad excelente, desde el acceso con codigo. Solamente es seguir instrucciones , tenia todo lo necesario para mis 4 dias de estancia. La zona muy segura, mucho mejor que estar en el centro . Con gusto regresare a hospedarme con ustedes . Pdt : El estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad es de paga y te piden una retencion en garantia o un pago anticipado , para que lo tomen en cuenta. »
