« I will have to say what many others have said, it is an amazing experience to spend the night in a real caboose. The owners have gone out of their way to make it as authentic as possible short of rocking it while you are sleeping. My favorite part though was that how in a town that sometimes feels like Disneyland you have the luxury of quiet, privacy and a beautiful view just steps from downtown. »

« This unit is located right in midtown within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. It is also a fairly short walk to the river and downtown. Despite being on the main street in Reno it was actually pretty quiet. The rooms were clean, well stocked with towels and I appreciated having a place with two bedrooms and two bedrooms. »

« We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. »

I had to call customer service to get standard arrival instructions from the host and then was very surprised to arrive and find a multi-step process was still required to fully complete check-in. »

This is way out of my character but this was soooo unacceptable I need the OWNERS to be aware of these shortcomings. Checkin was not acceptable, We we’re approved for a 2:00 checkin and couldn’t access the apt until 4:20, regular checkin was at 3:00. The neighborhood was very quiet on an off weekend and was easy to get to from Stateline and the Reno airport. Overall would highly recommend, would love to try it again during the winter. »
