The worst welcome to any hotel or resort that I have ever received. It took 3 hours to get our room because they gave us an incorrect room key to begin with. We went to that room with all of our luggage in the pouring rain - and i went back to get it sorted out. My wife stood there with our now soaking luggage, and they said it would be 3-5 minutes to fix it. Fast forward 2 hours, im still at the front desk now begging the clerk to ask the trolley driver to get my wife out of the pouring rain. Instead, because they put us in the incorrect room, they didnt have our actual room ready for us because they gave it away. So, we had to be given a temporary room for the night, repack in the morning and move.
Beyond that, every single restaurant was at least a 10-15 minute wait before we were greeted by the wait staff and another 10-15 before we even got a water. Every meal took 1.5-3 hours.
I cannot believe the lack of efficiency here
