The rooms are spotless, the staff is so friendly, it is in a convenient location for shopping and dining, the restaurants on the hotel grounds are fabulous. Great location. Pools & beach access is wonderful. Outdoor restaurants are nice. Corals for breakfast is a 10. Incredible staff doing everything in their power to make sure you have what you need. Breakfast-Brunch options are endless. What was disappointing is I did an all inclusive week with my kids and I could not get a reservation to Da Vincis. They are only opened limited days and were fully booked. I tried booking right away and could not get a reservation. Very disappointing. The rooms are dated but ok. The bathroom shower could use some updating. Also, we had a non working blow dryer. Did not ruin the week at all but just annoying.
