I did not know the units were individually owned, until I had a problem. They had not paid their cable bill. "This was our 1st visit to Amelia Island..we originally booked with the Mariott but it was expensive as Mariott is. We then changed for a, mom and pop hotel across the street from the Mariott. Saved us $300( ). It was good, cleanliness was excellent. The staff were inviting and sweet..The room had a comfy King bed, and all the amenities we needed..They except pets for a fee.
