"Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area.
The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am.
Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining). "
"This is a large and very comfortable hotel in the traditional style but much enlarged over the years. The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. The room was large and comfortable and the extensive spa facilities were outstanding. Breakfast and Dinner were a highlight - some of the best we have found in Austria. Very high quality ingredients - the lamb was...
"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."
"Very close to ski lift and has a ski room. Good parking. Breakfast was delicious. Recently renovated lobby. Clean rooms with a bit of a chalet feel. "

"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options.
The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular.
Room was basic, but sufficient."

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel.
Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel.
We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "

"Kein klassisches Grandhotel in der jetzigen Form, eher 70er Jahre-Stil aber sehr komfortabel, etwas plüschig. Vor allem das sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Personal ist zu loben."

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"
