"Lovely stop over in Innsbruck, room was clean but dated, hotel was in a fantastic location and had a cafe attached to it. Although we didn’t use, it seemed very popular. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. "

"We arrived by train and was close enough that we decided to walk to the hotel. People with a lot of luggage or small children may feel it’s easier to take a cab. We got checked in quickly and got right to our room. We were surprised at the size of the room. It had the “bedroom” area, a sitting room where we hung our clothes and kept our suitcases, and a good sized bathroom. We were really happy with how clean it all was. "We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Breakfast was nice, Room was comfortable and warm. Location was great! Only negative was that check-in was 3pm! All of the lockers at Hbf was used so had to carry my heavy bag for a few hours in the rain which wasnt very nice. Hotel said i couldnt leave rucksack at hotel before the check in."
