« This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! Overall it was the most wonderful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary...

« Everything was great except the work done by a very rude handyman. We were told it was going to be one day to replace an old rain gutter. That ended up be one two full days. Took over the whole front yard with tools and our parking area. Took lunch on our porch like they owned it and talked loudly in a foreign language for over an hour until i asked them to please not be there. We couldn’t watch TV because it was so loud. « The house was great. My wife, daughter, and I stayed in the downstairs unit and my brother/sister in law and their child stayed upstairs in the main house. Both were very clean. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was unreal. The view is amazing, the deck is spacious, and the grass area is good space too. « We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. Some of the outdoor toys were not in great shape and need to be replaced, like the paddle board and lawn chairs. « The house was a good deal. The original listing was switched due to poor scheduling on the management team. We were told the house we originally leased was not available so they switched us at the last minute. (Like we would say no three days before we were flying out to Hawaii) The location was great. The house was a great value for the money. We would stay there again for sure! »

« We traveled as a group of 15, four families, for ten days in Laie point. The house was so great, room for kids to play, adults played cards, and room for large group meals. Each bedroom had a bathroom with shower for each family to retreat to during the day. The view is unbelievable and the semiprivate beach was so special. No one wanted to leave as it was such a special experience. »

« I had booked this property but apparently the property was double booked and so an alternative location was presented as a fix. The alternative location was great, near the same area, still fit our group of 5 and the stay was for the cost we had been charged for this property. I'm giving 5 stars because they owned the double booking mistake and made sure to fix it so I was pleased and did so quickly. What could have been a stressful experience for me was made easy to deal with. »

ATTENTION! PROBLÈME MAJEUR DE SALUBRITÉ.

"Expérience très éprouvante en lien avec la location de ce condo. Dès notre arrivée, forte odeur d'humidité/moisissure et de poussière. Nous constatons rapidement que les lieux n'ont pas été bien entretenus depuis longtemps. Les comptoirs, divans, électroménagers, murs, divans sont salles ou tâchés. L'endroit a besoin d'un sérieux nettoyage. Les deux airs climatisés coulent, depuis visiblement longtemps. Des insectes sortent des armoires. L'eau sort de sous les lattes du plancher de la chambre. Nous tentons de communiquer avec la propriétaire afin de l'informer de l'état des lieux. Celle-ci banalise la problématique, mentionne qu'elle est à l'extérieur du pays et qu'elle tentera d'envoyer quelqu'un. Personne ne vient. Aucune nouvelle. Nous sommes forcés de nous relocaliser en urgence. Après avoir tenté de joindre VRBO pour obtenir un soutien de leur part, la compagnie mentionne ne pas être en mesure de rien faire pour nous, malgré que nous leur ayons soumis plusieurs preuves photos-vidéos et captures d'écrant. Il protège la confidentialité de la propriétaire. Nous sommes encore en démarche afin de tenter d'obtenir une compensation à ce jour. "
