"The only thing that was the consensus of every family, including ours, is that for the nightly rate, pool and beach chairs should be guaranteed. My guess is that they have enough pool chairs for about 30% of the rooms, faaaar too low and we saw it causing some serious anger and jockeying for pool chairs in a line 20 minutes before the pool opened. "Lovely resort. Comfy room. Some strange interactions with the valet upon arrival. They were confrontational and laughed at my husband when he asked a question. Overall, I don’t think the staff was very happy as we had few positive interactions. Very pretty grounds. Loved the tranquil pool. "
