"The 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations. the hotel is warm and inviting. The rooms are Boho Chic and the bed and pillows are beyond comfortable. It was so convenient to have a staff ask if we would like a ride to our shopping area. No cost, no hassle (make sure to tip). The 1 Kitchen was so tasty, so many healthy options at the cafe. Harriett's rooftop was aesthetically pleasing. Great vibe. Although the Sushi was o.k and the wagu sliders tasted overcooked, bun was tasteless. Might have been better...

"We chose to stay here for proximity to SoHo House, which was wonderful, but found we needed to pay for transportation elsewhere. The bed was slightly uncomfortable; however, the quiet of the evening was wonderful! I loved the added amenities like the washer & dryer as well as the kitchen."

"The carpet is worn out and dirty in both the room and the hallway. There was carpet that was coming up in the hall that I tripped on three times. The carpet has weird brown stains in the room and the toilet has weird brown stains by the handle. This is not the cleanliness I would expect out of a Drury. The hotel looks due for a remodel. Everything else was good though "

"The hotel itself was beautiful, conveniently located and with great amenities. We loved the room, gym, spa, Kitchen Notes and lobby bar. We were disappointed in a couple things. 1) We requested early check in but they were unable to accommodate us without a fee. We checked in at desk and left luggage, assured we would receive a text when room was ready. 3 hours later still no text."
