Neighborhood and transport links
Ideally located, you'll be able to take advantage of the Talensac market, the flea markets on Place Viarmes and the city center, which is only 2 minutes away on foot! A 7-minute walk will take you to our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the Ile de Versailles on the banks of the Erdre. However, if you prefer public transport, the ‘50 otages’ tram stop is just 2 minutes away.
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles known as ‘Bicloos’!
For the airport, a shuttle bus leaves from ‘Commerce’ (2 minutes from the flat) and takes around twenty minutes.
There are plenty of shops nearby, as well as excellent restaurants in a very popular area!
