"I nearly cancelled after seeing reviews of men lurking about hotel, especially as a solo female. I’d like to clear up what I believe are people around hotel. There is a bus stop right outside the foyer/entrance, people are here waiting for buses, these are the only people I saw in vicinity. Not causing and trouble or threat. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, room was very basic but clean comfy and warm.This is reflected in cost. I’ll def use this hotel again and glad I didn’t cancel due to bad reviews. "

"I found this property very easy to accommodate a break between flights at Heathrow. I was close to the airport but it was quiet with many in room facilities for comfort. The dining on site was tasty and generous portions to keep you feeling satisfied with time changes. Service was good and it had a full breakfast option with accommodation for food allergies. Will stay there again. "
