« We visited Sonoma in late December and stayed at Bungalows 313. This is hands down the best property I've ever stayed at. We were in the ground level 2 bedroom unit (called Terra). Unit included fully equipped kitchen, living room with a large screen tv, a gas fireplace and a pullout couch (we did not use it, since there were only 3 of us), a dining room and 2 bathrooms (one full bath with a separate shower and a soaking tub, the other one was a small half bath). Two private patios on both side...

« Exactly what I was looking for! I was visiting family over the holidays and needed a place to stay nearby. The Casita exceeded my expectations. Quiet, clean, easy check in, comfy bed, treats, toiletries and a great layout. Melodie is the most responsive host I’ve ever interacted with. I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit. »

« The room was good and is the resort. There was apparantly some issue sith parking that we were never given instructions for. The coffee maker is absolutely ridiculous! It must have cost about $5 20 years ago. The paper filters provided did not fit the machine snd the coffee provided was terrible. Considering the price of this rental I would have expected at least a Keurig. They only cost about $40 these days. »

« Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again. »

« This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again. »

« The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The host had welcome sign with my name, fresh cut flowers, coffee and a basket of welcoming goodies. Everything in the cottage was new, modern and clean. It’s quiet at night. WiFi was included. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Using Lyft or Uber was convenient but there is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. It is definitely a very lovely place to stay. The host was very gracious. »
