"Clean and large home. "

"We really enjoyed this apartment and found it filled our needs in almost every way. The location was outstanding (near freeways, near great north Oakland/Berkeley neighborhoods). The bedrooms and fold out bed – including the door and privacy curtains in the living room - made for 3 nicely functional bedrooms. The kitchen, laundry room, breakfast nook: all great. Only critique: reading lamps! This made the fold out bedroom especially awkward (thankfully I had my headlamp for reading in bed). But...

"We had a very nice stay at this home in old Tiburon. It was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and ferry in downtown. The house was well stocked with the necessities, clean, and cozy! Check-in/check-out was easy and communication with property owner was great!"

It is GORGEOUS back there. The inside is somewhat dated but clean and had everything we needed. Sandy was easy to communicate with and check-in was easy."

"Perfect home for a family and friends gathering. Nice kitchen, dining room and living room on first floor with two bedrooms and a bath. Back yard and front yard are dog friendly with fenced yards. Two great bedrooms with baths upstairs. It's close to everything but far enough away to relax and have an enjoyable time."
