The room was recently renovated and was fantastic. We enjoyed absolutely everything: modern shower, TV, comfortable bed. Also, the hotel is quite close to St. Pancras Station (about 15-min walk), with train and bus lines in the surrounding area as well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Walls and windows are soundproof, but it is London after all, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want your earplugs with you.

Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.

Really easy check in, room clean. We were given a free bottle of wine for our anniversary and bed set up with towel swans and love hearts was a really nice touch. Well located near a station and only a 10-15 minute walk to Oxford Street. Highly recommend, great value for money in London.
