"L’accueil a été inexistant, pas un mot. Nous avons donné nos documents et après contrôle le réceptionniste nous a donné la carte de la chambre sans un mot, sans aucune information. L’hôtel est envahi par des groupes de dizaines d’enfants avec quelques accompagnateurs, ça courrait dans tous les sens, ..."

A RESTFUL WEEKEND
"The Elms is a great hotel. The SPA is spectacular. We were happy with the room. A disappointment was that the indoor pool was being repainted during our stay but the management did make it up to us. I would definitely stay there again as the SPA, the grounds and staff were wonderful and helpful."

"The best place we could have stayed for our weekend getaway! It is cozy and quiet, but also just a short drive into the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, and the hosts are fantastic! Will definitely plan to go back!"
