"Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities. "

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. "Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. "Great place to Spend a few nights and explore Dominicus and nearby Bayahibe towns. Close to plenty of dining and shopping options and short 10 min walk to the beautiful beach! "This was our 4th time in viva Windham, first 3 times was in viva palace, was excellent. This time, January 2025 was in viva Beach. Ocean front bungalow. "Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the public beach and many fabulous restaurants right on the water. Perfect place to watch the sunset over the marina.
