Keep coming back to this beautiful property because the staff always makes feel welcome. Is great sensation that warm welcome from everyone. Love the beach and the sunsets also the food, drinks and the service. A mi mama y ami nos gusto todo del Hotel, las instalaciones, la playa, el mar, la comida, y en especial sus empleados fueron lo maximo, muy atentos y serviciales, especialmente rescato la atención de: Erick de la Cruz quien fue nuestro mayordomo. The property was very nice. This was our second year in a row visiting. We love it here. Lots of incredible food, friendly staff, and great beach access. The spa is also fantastic, with lots of amenities. We had some trouble with cleanliness. The room would be lightly cleaned, but it seemed to never get a deep clean. Some dirt on the walls, etc. Nothing too concerning, but rooms could use a deep clean.
