"The staff were really really kind and helpful! They really took care of us and made us feel welcome, the location was very convenient and located near a delicious bakery and convenient store. The cleaners were always very on time, and as soon as we left (even for a short time) they managed to come in super quick to make our room as much as they could with clean towels and folded our bed even though our room was always messy with all of our things. the only thing i didn't like was the elevator...

It is a very reasonably priced budget hotel in Seoul, very near to all areas or attractions and staff was very helpful and speaks English. My only suggestion is to put a mirror in the room.
