"The first room when checked in was very shabby. I complained to one of the staff. He showed me 2 other rooms to choose from, which were much better. They must have known that that room not very good The rest of the Hotel was fine "

"Really nice hotel. All the staff i spoke to were very friendly, with some banter and chat to make me feel right at home. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre. Nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel is right on the side of a massive park/green. Nice location."

"Great feel for the hotel when we arrived, staff were very welcoming. Room was ready very early for us totally unexpected but very happy to get to the room. Disappointed with the wi fi , seemed you had to pay! Only wanted to search for local amenities. Also a little disappointed with car park charges. I work in a hotel have done for five years, not charges for carpark, free WiFi etc. we have over 146 bedrooms. Overall our stay was lovely hotel was very nice, but just the small things.. "

"lovely place with very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms. Nice touches such as fresh milk in the room every day. Restaurant served very nice food - not cheap, but very nice. We all like romantic dinners with soft lighting, but one of the nights the lights were so dim, we could not identify some the food on the plate without tasting it. After that we picked our own table with better lighting :)"
