« The positives are that the flat was spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and clean. On the flip side we had big problems with the wifi. It took more than a day after complaining for the staff to provide it for our room. The wifi should have been enabled from the start. Please also work on providing sufficient towels & floor towels for your guests, and add soap to the soap dispensers in the washrooms. »

« The property was in a good location for tourists and was right on the water so the atmosphere was really beautiful. We booked 3 rooms and aside from toilet paper not being in any of them the amenities were good. Two rooms were on upper levels and were comfortable. The bathrooms were very sizeable and the water pressure was great. The person who stayed in the room on the ground level really struggled to sleep with all the noise from around the hotel and bar.
