"I had stayed at this location on Feb 16th for the night. The surrounding areas are a little rough which is fine. However, in the room not one single electrical outlet worked and I tried ALL OF THEM. Was unable to charge phone or do hair etc. Woke up with two bites on my face, i’m not sure if that was from the sheets or the pillows. Was extremely disappointing. "

"We were in Vancouver for a conference and this hotel was very central and close to all amenities. The restaurant was amazing - food, service and the specialty coffees were top notch. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating with luggage, umbrella's, etc. The rooms were fantastic as well, very roomy and had a nice sense of home feeling in my king suite. "
