« The home is wonderfully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with tools for cooking. The two bedrooms are well separated, with their own bathrooms, providing plenty of privacy for two couples. The vibe is casual while nice. Not at all tacky. It feels like someone’s real home. The home is on one level with no steps up from the street. Nearby homes require steep stairs. This made for an even easier stay. Super place! Nice hot tub too. »

« The property was clean, wifi reliable, and well supplied. I would note that the driveway past the gate is note an easy drive for low cars which do not have AWD/4WD but there is room in front of the gate for 1-2 vehicles. »

« We had an amazing time gazing at the trees, listening to the nearby creek, and relaxing in the hot tub. We needed a relaxing getaway and couldn’t have picked a better property for that purpose. « This is a fantastic stay for 2 couples. You can't beat the spaciousness, comfort, hot tub and well stocked kitchen. We felt like cool kids playing the vinyl! The beds were comfy and area is sooooo quiet at night. I gave the location a 4 only because of the narrow, windy road up to the property and the tricky parking. I am a bit of a chicken behind the wheel but by the second day, the road and parking weren't as tricky, so I chalked it up to adding some adventure to our stay. I highly...

« Our stay in this wonderful Monte Rio home cannot be overstated. We had a thoroughly enjoyable Thanksgiving week here. The home had everything we needed. The hot tub had a few easily solved quirks, but that was it! We stayed warm, ate well, and really enjoyed the area.
