"First and foremost, every single person who works at this hotel is absolutely incredible. They are all so genuinely nice, accommodating, helpful, and overall fantastic. I would come back for them alone! Second, my only issue is with the entrance and exit to the parking lot (which is something they may not be able to fix because of their location but it's worth noting) it's right on a major highway/roadway, and kind of difficult to get in and out of. You better be comfortable with cutting people off and stopping in traffic. "

"My family and I checked in for a 1 night stay while visiting NYC and the surrounding area. The gentleman (unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name) at the front desk was accommodating and knowledgeable. He gave me a bus schedule including all of the details and FAQ to make this process as smooth as possible. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the property condition was due to a broken shower. However, when I went to the desk the gentleman once again was accommodating to my request and gave us a new room. Overall excellent experience."
