"Booked the Premier room. Room was spacious room with nice view. Staff not the most welcoming. Great location close to the park. No A/C, only heater, but window could be opened."

"Everything about our stay was great. We stayed 4 nights and 3 days. The outside traffic was noisy in the mornings mostly but that’s not the fault of the hotel. That the hustle and bustle of the city. We chose a suite with a view of the Empire State Building and it exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation I have is to make sure to check out in person. We almost had a valet charged to our room that was not ours, however it was a very easy fix at checkout. All in all great place to stay...
