"It looks as if they are trying to renovate the place. The chair in our room needed to be replaced or stain removed. The paint on the walls looked as if perhaps it either needed to be repainted or perhaps paint areas where the paint was scraped off. The caulking by the tub and floor looked like it should be replaced to make it look nice. I felt safe there, but with some little touches, it could be made really nice."
