"This is a little gem of a hotel. On the lower level there is a spa that has a fabulous hot tub, sauna, and steam bath as well as relaxation room. A guest can use it for FREE for an hour and a half. Also a massage is available for fee. The breakfast is fabulous. And there are a couple of Indian restaurants within a couple of blocks in case you get tired of Italian food. It is not right near the Duomo but maybe half hour walk away. "

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and...
