"Amazing 5 night stay. Florence is stunning. Hotel facilities were above and beyond. The Spa is a must during your stay. Would definitely stay again. So centre to local trams, trains and walking distance to all attractions. All staff were attentive toyour needs. Breakfast is lovely, made order eggs. We stayed in a suite with balcony deginatly worth the money. "

"Was visiting my daughter at the Pepperdine Campus Villa and the location of the hotel is perfect. It is literally around the corner from the villa. Nice .8 walk to the city center. "Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "We overall enjoyed our stay at this property! It is an incredibly convenient (safe & fairly-quiet) area that was within a 15-minute walking radius of all our activities. The items listed below are only a couple of details to note but did not deter from our stay or review. * The rooms look stunning in the photos. In actuality, some walls are scuffed, you can see some humidity/water damage (in the ceiling), and the lighting is pretty poor (only a couple of wall lights in living area and sleeping...
