This gorgeous modern townhouse with private yard is all newly renovated. SS appliances and Quartz counter tops in the kitchen. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and each on own floor. Perfect for sharing with another couple. Flat screen TVs in Living room and each bedroom. Our quiet central home is your perfect home base to explore Denver!

Upstairs boasts great views, open concept living and dining and kitchen with another deck with BBQ. Large master bedroom with soaring 12 foot ceilings, flat screen tv and full bathroom. The Lohi/Highlands neighborhood is one of the most sought after in all of Denver. Its proximity to Coors field and downtown make it the perfect place to stay when visiting Denver. Gorgeous heritage homes and new modern construction. So many amazing restaurants and coffee shops and bars are all within walking distance. Avanti and Linger are just down the street as well as Little Man Ice cream (best in the city!).

Above and Beyond!
Often when booking a rental, you’re never quite sure what you’re getting into. Pictures can be misleading and unexpected surprises can arise. But in this case our expectations were surpassed in every aspect of our month-long stay. The location could not have been better. We had never been to Denver and had no idea of the nuances of each community. Choosing LOHI was the absolute best scenario for us. It was safe and secure with incredible restaurants, coffee, shops, and even a wine and beverage store across the street. The view of the city was fantastic from many different locations and a wonderful way to take him the cityscape and fireworks. The apartment provided every amenity we could think of. To pull up into your private garage and immediately walk in to your lower guest level and patio was efficient and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and enough supplies to get us started before we could go shopping. The living area and kitchen was quite functional and comfortable. The bedroom was exceptional with blackout curtains, double closets, and an extremely comfortable, king-size bed to sleep in. Lastly, I have to tell you when reaching out to the host. We were very impressed by the prompt and efficient response to address our questions and concerns. Within three days the maintenance man arrived to replace and reinstall a new icemaker. While there he also replaced lightbulbs, and tightened the faucet handle. Excellent service!

Outstanding condo and location!
Great, modern, clean condo in a fabulous neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and loved how we could easily walk to terrific restaurants and the trail along the Platte River, and we were centrally located for driving around Denver. Having a garage was a nice plus too. Highly recommend!

Perfect space and location!
Beautiful townhouse with all the amenities within walking and short driving distance to anything you would need! Stayed here with my teenager and she loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the basement level. It was a perfect 10 stay! Highly recommend!

We were attending an event at the Pepsi Center and this condo is the perfect location! It is well appointed with modern furnishings and the owners have even thought of soap/shampoo dispensers in shower. I really appreciate the convenience of having a coffee starter and also including things like dishwasher and laundry pods. It really makes sense and saves a traveler from having to purchase more than they may need. The only suggestion I would offer is one or two softer bed pillows but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

A fabulous space in a great neighborhood
So much to love here! A great, modern, clean space in a very cool neighborhood. Walk to many bars and restaurants (and dispensaries, if that’s your bag). The secured garage parking is fabulous. One can’t ask for any better experience with a property manager - Leslie was super responsive to inquiries. LOVED my stay here!

Denver Lohi Condo
The condo was very nice! The property was so convenient to everything. The neighborhood is perfect for exploring coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It was nice that the bedrooms and bathrooms were on different floors to give a little more privacy. The check-in process was easy and we had no problems. I would recommend this condo and would def consider staying there again.
