"Pickleball and the warm pool were our favorites. There are many activities available we would have enjoyed but we had family to enjoy games and dinners with.We would come back to these condos, did like that these beachside condos had two bathrooms and more square footage than the smaller ones."

"This spot is all about location and its stunning view. As soon as we walked in,we could see the ocean! We were steps from the beach and Flagler. The check in process was extremely easy and the communication with Stephanie was great. She reached out a couple days before to let us know the ac was broken and the part needed to fix it wouldn’t arrive in time. "We experienced cold weather no thanks to mother nature! Condo was vast and spacious. The blinds were hard to work and had broken off ones on corners so we had to hang sheets for privacy. The workers were outside our windows on scaffolding. My husband took a polar plunge in the pool on a nicer 60degree day lol! "

"Nicely updated interior with everything you would want for a beach stay. Really liked that they had pool / beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Clean. Good location with private beach entrance. 4 stars only because the walls were very thin and we heard our neighbors and upstairs residents. Zareh was very responsive when I asked if they could ask the neighbors to quiet down - which they did. "

"Great place for a getaway! Loved being on the water and access to kayaks. We saw a couple of dolphins while here too! We will definitely be coming back."

"Condo is beautiful with ocean views, as described, good communication with owner and clean.Parking limited, construction ongoing, only 1 elevator available for several days. Condo approx. 3 miles from Boardwalk and Bike Week area. No walkable options for meals."

"Entire apt was neat, clean, well stocked. Close to (by car) good seafood restaurants. Apt is on street side of building, but pool and beach access is just across parking lot on ground floor.Wish weather had cooperated for sunning."

"Gorgeous condo on the beach! Clean pool, amazing views, no drive part of New Smyrna Beach. Close to stores and a beautiful park but not crowded at all. We had a minor maintenance issue, and the landlord was very responsive, came out to work on the problem. Was kind and gracious the whole time. Looking forward to coming back soon! If you’ve been hunting for the perfect rental, this is it!"
