"The rooms were great and most of the staff were super friendly, except for one of the female staff members. It started off ok, but when she handed me my key, she didn't say anything. She didn't repeat the room number or show me where the elevators were. Iended up having to drag it out of her in order to get to my room. I've stayed at a lot of hotel rooms, and this small act didn't make me feel welcome."

"Everything about my staff was perfect. The room size was just right for solo travel, and it was surprisingly one of the most comfortable mattresses I've been on in a hotel! "The property was very clean and upscale. They had a breakfast option (we didn’t use) but that looked wonderful with a good selection of fresh food items. Drinks were served downstairs near reception and it was a very comfortable and cozy environment with different seating areas with a variety of options. The receptionists were helpful, fluent in English and German, and very professional. "
