"Great rental. Very good location and amenities."

"We didn’t go to Tampa to just hit the beach, so I found this listing as a cost-effective option to prevent having my 7 and 11 year olds in our space at a hotel. The pool made my 7 y/o happy, and the pool table made my 11 y/o happy while we were at the house. We were out and about quite a bit, so the house provided a great staging location. Busch Gardens is very close, access to the highway was easy, and the house was plenty clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store 2 minutes down the road....

"We had a great few days for a long weekend spring break. We love being on the water and exploring the area. The house was clean with everything we needed. Thank you for allowing dogs, he enjoyed himself. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved coming back to the neighborhood. We enjoy old Florida feel and wildlife."

"Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen incredible. Whole house freshly painted. Outdoor screened pool and patio furniture very comfortable. Outdoor grill works. Kitchen well stocked and nice to cook in. Large spacious home. New big TVs are great. Very nice home. Thank you!"

"Eric was very accommodating and nice. Check in and check out was easy. The property overall was good. We did find one of the linens to be dirty. We weren’t also aware there were two or three trailers in the back by the pool area where owner was his warehouse/business equipment. We didn’t mind and we still had our privacy. Overall our stay was comfortably and worth the price. "

"My grandson wanted to move in the house is so beautiful and well decorated. Being on the river was very relaxing and convenient. We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. The house is near the kayak rental so I enjoyed people watching; noise was not an issue for us and I liked the activity, which is limited to about 9 am to about 6 pm and after that it is complete silence. We liked being able to walk to the...

"The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10"
