Upon arrival, rooms were not available. After finally checking in, the room provided was not the room reserved. When front desk provided a secondary solution, the room provided was unacceptable. It had mold on the walls and smell was ridiculous. The third room front desk decided to issue was even worse! The A/C was off upon entering, the carpet was soaked, the smell was horrible and the dining chairs looked like they still had vomit from a previous stay. My family and I finally made the decision to leave and not look back. We ended up not staying and drove home exhausted. I have never been so horrified when stepping into an EMBASSY SUITE. We specifically CHOSE when we had others to CHOOSE from

We checked in with Boris, he was amazing helped me to find another room when the hotel gave away our original reserved room. Boris was very friendly, diligent and respectful, he got me another room promptly with the needs requested as the first time.

The bathroom tub was clogged, refrigerator was not working and when it started to work, it made a noise all night long. It was hot in the room and then cold. The temp in the room needs to be adjusted with all this going on, I got zero sleep and had to book another night elsewhere so I can rest to head back home which is 4 hours from here. They only thing I enjoyed was the complimentary breakfast which was good and the staff there ate very friendly

I called the night before my arrival to see if I could have an earlier checkin time, 2:00 instead of 4. The rep said that should not be a problem. When I arrived around 2 there were no rooms available due to cleaning. I was asked to put my name and phone number on a list of people waiting for early checkin and told I would be called when my room was ready. I was third on the list. I waited in the lobby area and around 3:30 other people were showing up for checkin. They went to the desk and rooms were starting to be given out. They were given out to those not on the list and just showing up. I went to the front desk and asked if rooms were being given out and the employee said yes. I asked her what about the people who were on the list and waiting for a call? I was told they were not using the list just giving out rooms to people in line. By that time many people were in line and I had to go to the back of the line after waiting an hour and a half for a call. This was handled poorly. The front desk should have made the calls to the customers on the list first before handing out rooms to those just showing up. Unprofessional and frustrating.

We arrived for our stay earlier in the day before check in time and asked about having breakfast for that day and I was told there was a $50 early check-in fee that would include the breakfast. This is not what I was told the day before when I had called to ask if I could have breakfast on the day of check-in. They did reluctantly honor my request and give me breakfast, probably because there was only 10 minutes left before breakfast ended anyway. I must say the breakfast was very good when we finally got through the line at the egg station to have it made.Once we got to the room and opened the door to walk in it smelled very musty fortunately for me I always bring a room spray so I sprayed that around the room to take care of that smell. However, once the room spray wore off the smell came back. I had to spray again. I’m not sure if the air purifier which I did not ask for was noisy or if it was the air conditioning unit, but it was extremely loud and very annoying making it difficult to sleep. I did not go down and complain because friends of ours were staying in a different room and their room was noisy as well, but their room did not smell so maybe I should have complained and asked for a new room. I did see some black spots, probably mold around the sink and shower area. Nothing major, but it was noticeable.
