« We loved this place! It was in a great location to explore the area and the entire island. We loved that it felt open and spacious with large rooms and ten-foot ceilings. The A/C cooled down the rooms very quickly when we returned at the end of the day. Jackie has thought of everything and there wasn’t anything we needed that we didn’t have. We loved that she had beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and a tub of water equipment that made spending each day at the beach easy and comfortable. ...

« Small but cute. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Property needs maintenance. Kitchen needs more cooking supplies. Restaurants on the island are very very expensive so eating at the cottage was a must for us. And it’s not a five minute walk to the beach! »

« This is a very nice house in a good location. While it is not waterfront there is a good view of the Atlantic from the front porch and easy access to central Eleuthera - Governors Harbor, James Cistern, and many beaches on both the Atlantic and Caribbean. The house itself is spacious, modern and well-maintained. Large double doors on the front of the house provided cooling breezes both day and night. The owner was very responsive to our very few needs. »

« Peyton Place Is a good Place for a good vacation (situated in the center of eleuthera and at 4km from the supermarket). The nearest beach Is at 1/2 Min from the house and the comuncation with the owner was very good. »

« This cabin was accurately described in the listing - it had all the basic necessities. The bed was comfortable and the living space was open with lots of windows. And of course, the beach with a lovely swimming area and no one else around was wonderful. Loved the hammock! We knew about the cold shower and were fine with that. The only downside was the resident dog (not Rain). He's young, friendly and playful. Also ill-mannered, mouthy, jumps up, nips at toes and legs and barks like a maniac...

« Overall a clean and well taken care of property. Location near airport and in the center of where we needed to be. Pool and grounds were fine. Beach in the back was stunning, although there were lots of private property signs so we were not sure if we were trespassing. Villa was adorable and had everything we needed! I’d suggest paving the road to come into the property because we had a bit of a scare coming up the hill. »
