"The room was freezing and it felt like the heat never kicked in. The shower and sink water was luke warm and all 4 towels I picked up had brown stains all over them. After complaining to the front desk about the water they moved us to another room. I let the shower water run for 20 mins and it still never got hot. I missed my dinner reservations due to room changes and not being able to shower. In the end I informed the manager I was not happy and ended up getting a refund and staying at the...

"Stayed off season. Cost was $400 for one night. So my expectations are a bit higher for that price point. Room was clean but incredibly small. Im only 5 feet tall and thought everything was incredibly tight. There was a fridge and microwave also glasses and placesettings yet no table to sit at which is odd. The bed was just okay and the sheets were dreadful. Again, if you are going to charge that for a night my expectations will reflect that. Staff was very friendly. "

"Beautiful modern space with fantastic lounging areas. Low-key, comfortable vibe with a fun bar and frequent live music. We also love the record players in each room and the vinyl collection in the lounge. Great location, friendly staff, awesome with dogs!"
