"We waited 20 minutes on a line that was not a check in line. Not one person said anything. The staff jus kept helping people go in front of us because they were a diamond member., we stood there for 20 minutes with luggage. Then at Check Out the staff charged my friend the Resort Fee which I had already originally paid for when I booked the room. So we were double charged and now i have to call and address Monday morning while I am at work. "
