« While the room was clean, upon arrival our toilet was not flushing. With no phone in the room you need to bring this to attention at the front desk. The issue was fixed after approximately an hour and we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar for the inconvenience. I would have liked to see more fire wood prepared neatly in the room before we arrived as well as kindling and matches. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The spa pool and sauna were excellent. And the quiet Muskoka...

« Cet établissement se veut très raffiné, mais ils admettent des chauffeurs de camions qui passent la nuit à se promener par les couloirs en buvant de l alcool et en criant sans que personne leur dise de se taire.... Les chambres sont mal isolées et on entend tous les bruits de l extérieur, les meubles vieux et défraichis.... vraiment très décevant. La seule bonne chose est la piscine et le sauna, mais je préfère mille fois une bonne nuit de sommeil et non pas une baignade. Ah, le gazon du golf...

« Excellent location in Haliburton. Staff was excellent. Rooms require some updating especially the bathroom. Wood for the room was very pricey and not having the dining room for food closed was difficult especially on a weekend of a snowstorm. Otherwise beautiful location and the ice rink, outdoor fire and option to snowshoe was great. »
