« If you are visiting Joshua Tree National Park this is THE place to stay. The “cabin” sits on top of a short mountain road, just beyond a residential neighborhood. Although attached to the main house, it has a private entrance and spectacular view from a private patio. The sunset was amazing and stars brilliant. « I think there’s a reason there aren’t hot tubs in rooms anymore. They stink and make the room humid. This cave seemed fun but is very unloved with broken styrofoam, melted lights in the ceilings, a waterfall that doesn’t work. It was 250 a night and better to stay at pappy and Harriet’s for same price and amazing bed and sheets. »
