"It is a lovely B&B. A little remote but beautiful views all around. Stayed two nights in the Boots room. Nice big room with large double bed, little sofa, couple of chairs and a gorgeous deep window sill, perfect for the morning cuppa and views across the fields. Bathroom was a good size as was the shower. Nothing worse than a tiny shower cubicle and this was a nice big space. They are horses and alpacas at the property. The roads to and from are a single track and rather rural. Take is easy and...
"My family and I stayed here for one night. It was good value for money, with all mod cons, very clean and even a had a hot tub.
The main bed is a huge 4 poster and very comfortable.
I would stay again 👍"
"A lovely break in the Peak District.
The hotel is warm and comfortable with a great restaurant and fantastic food. The service was exceptional.
The only downside was the tired room and especially the bathroom that we stayed in. But I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again. "
"Fabulous stylish small friendly hotel on the edge of the lovely town of Congleton. Clean, elegantly decorated room with all the finishing touches you could want (including cotton wool pads for removing makeup which I always forget!). Tasty breakfast choices, bar and beautiful garden to relax in. We will definitely be returning."
"Everything about this stay was perfect, great friendly check in, very nice rooms, really nice evening meal and great breakfast. And every single member of the Hotel Team gave perfect, polite service. Highly recommended."
"Great hotel. Really enjoyed our stay and would use again.
The room we had overlooked the main road which was pretty noisy up until 8pm, and then again from 6am.
Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. "
"Location and facilities great, as were the staff and management. Breakfast was one of the best ever. Buxton is a fabulous place, and we will go there again and stay at the Queens Head."
"Returning customers. Lovely hotel within walking distance to Buxton centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food fresh and good quality. Parking available. Room clean, comfy bed & powerful shower. Will use this hotel again."
"We stayed as a couple for the weekend. From beginning to the end our stay was amazing! We really enjoyed the spa and the pool, evening live music at the bar and the pizzas for dinner. Breakfast was also fine but there was no cheese and mostly sweet food which was a bit odd for a Turkish person like me :) overall, I highly recommend. "
"Fully satisfied with our stay at the Scotsman Pack Hotel. Very satisfied with our room, very good food experience and very pleasant staff. Would definitely return if in that area again."
"Second time staying here on business, great place.
Comfortable rooms, restaurant is good, breakfast is excellent, and staff are friendly.
Recommended."

"This hotel is very nice. A perfect location the middle of the city. Really nice rooms, clean but could have vacuumed the floor a little more often. Comfortable beds and a nice big bathroom. Quick and easy check-in/check-out. "

"Loved our stay! Hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, eating out and sight seeing. I was with my daughter and having never stayed in a Hotel One before we were really impressed. The reception staff were friendly and as a room was available we could check in early which was great. The room was clean, functional, comfy and quiet at night. The only negative we could find wad that there was no rubbish bin in the room apart from in the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue. We will be back."
