Great location and truly spacious
Fantastic place for a visit to the University of Illinois. Location was very convenient for getting to campus. Had enough space that our 3 college age kids decided to spend a night with us rather than going back to their apartment/house/dorm.

Perfect place for a family reunion so we could attend the Illinois 1/2 Half marathon and 10 K. WE also enjoyed my daughter's Campus band concert Saturday evening at Krannert Center. GREAT location, VERY clean, very spacious - all good things!

Comfortable and Spacious
My family and I were in Champaign for the weekend recently and we booked this home because of the 5 bedrooms it offered. It was perfect. The home is comfortable, spacious, clean, has every amenity that you could ask for and its in a good location. We'll stay here again when we're in town. This is a 5 star property.

Very nice
The house was very nice and spacious. There were 7 of us and our 2 dogs. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a stressful day. The kids really enjoyed the basement, and I liked that the shower downstairs was in a separate area from the bathroom. It made it feel more like there were 3 bathrooms, which is nice for that many people. Nice central location and great communication with the host!

Fun family weekend
Our family had a great weekend and enjoyed this home. It is close enough to campus to walk or a quick drive. The layout was perfect to gather and visit in the family room/dining room. The kitchen is well appointed and a good size for preparing family meals. There is a cute backyard with patio table to enjoy a nice afternoon. The second bathroom and shower in the basement with the two bedrooms and second family room was great! We will definitely return when we are in the area again.

Easter weekend with family
We visited our son's family who live in Champaign/Urbana area to celebrate Easter and some family birthdays. This home was perfect to accommodate our group - up to 7 adults - throughout the long weekend. While we spent most of our day at our son's home, this was great to retire in the evening, and spend leisurely mornings. The night owls and the early birds coexisted well with so many rooms/spaces to work with. Owner is very responsive, accommodating and hospitable. Will definitely use again.

Very nice property. Clean. Modern decor. New carpet. Thanks for the snacks! Nice basement especially the ILLINI bedroom. I would definitely recommend this property and would like to return in future. Narrow driveway and location on a busy street make parking a challenge. Property notes- Fixture on bathroom sink in basement is loose. Install railing on basement steps for safety since Staircase is quite steep. You may consider hand rails in upstairs tub/shower. Cigarette butts in front flower planters were not from us. We are non-smokers. Thanks!

Great space, very clean and comfortable
This house was perfect! We were traveling with 6 adults and an 18 month old. I always appreciate dog friendly listings, we love bringing our pups. The house was immaculate. Beds were comfortable and there was a ton of space to spread out. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy the backyard but it looked like it would be a great place to hang out and BBQ. Tons of blankets, sheets, towels and they even had snacks and water! Very thoughtful touches throughout. One thing to note is that it is off one of the main streets, I think the speed limit is 30. But it was very quiet in the house and you could not hear the street noise inside or at night. The backyard is not completely fenced in though so definitely need to keep an eye on pets / kids. It never bothered us and we had a great stay. We will be back!!

Wedding weekend stay
Worked well for family and friends coming to celebrate a wedding. Nice neighborhood. Stairs need a secure handrail, basement could use a few nightlights, and bedrooms could use nightstand lamps. A/C was set too cold and no one could figure out how to adjust it.
