Was here for a conference. The staff was rude and stuck up upon check in. Also the room was very loud not from what was coming from the outside but from the hallway. My room was next to a staff entrance. Staff was loud and walked in and out so often in the evening and morning it woke me up all four nights. Pros are the closeness to shops and the mattress
