Beautiful property and we enjoy staying there. They had TV issues for the two days we were there, no NBC (channel black), sound was 5 seconds off from picture…felt the staff didn’t take it seriously (even maintenance came up and said they could figure it out and would “maybe leave a note” for mgmt) not our usual experience.
