Maria helped me on 1/15/25. It was my birthday and she upgraded my room to the 27th floor. The view was everything. Also when I came back to my room from celebrating my room was cleaned up. I was very happy with what I saw. I will definitely be back.

The mattress in room 1910 needs to be replaced. It is the first time I have stayed at the hotel where I have been somewhat disappointed. The concierge wasn’t there at crucial times when making dinner reservations and the I had to ask that water be sent up. Also the bed was sagging on one side. Really needs an upgrade. Disappointed as we always stay at the Sofitel when we come to Chicago, which is several times a year.
