"Great location, great staff and a fun vibe."

"This property is huge ! Maybe a golf cart system for elderly or medically necessary people may help them get around the resort! It was very clean like not a piece of garbage anywhere . Rooms were clean spacious. Staff waited on you very polite. For a party resort the bar tenders and staff were on top of everything . Very safe for a single mom with children . Water balloon fights , paddle board challenge & dancing around family area with the kids were great perks for kids . Food was ok not gourmet but could always find something . "

"Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and absolutely the best staff service. The property is lovely, and the restaurants offer excellent and delicious food choices. The only downside is the noise at night from the partying which was annoying and surprisingly loud. I guess that is the downside of going to an adult only resort, I would rather hear children’s laughter, my bad!"

"Over all exellent resort, service was great, can get noisy at night. Pools and activities are a lot of fun.. staff really try to include everyone..everything is nice and close while in the pools, ( bathrooms, snack areas etc)"

"My daughter wanted to go on a family vacation and Mexico is her favorite place... (She's only 5). We loved the property, everyone was friendly and attentive. She loves the kids pool area and even more the kids activity space. We traveled during the week off, which we never do to avoid crowds but even when the space was full they she couldn't attend, they managed to figure out a way to include her in activities. Which she loved. That's all that mattered to me!! Food was great. There are amazing options. Personally, if I had the choice I would have skipped out on the steak house and just gone to the Brazilian Steak house that needed no reservation. The food was much MUCH BETTER."

"This is our third time at this resort. We keep coming back because all around it is a wonderful place. The only down side was during check in. People from the Playa were there soliciting a coupon book. I don’t want to be bothered with nonsense like that. We couldn’t get our “rep” to stop talking so we could go to our room. But, other that that, two thumbs up. "
