Beautiful villa with heated infinity pool, sea view, port Cavalair

In a green setting close to the Golf of Saint Tropez, pretty air-conditioned Provençal villa of 150m2 with unobstructed views of the sea, the port of Cavalaire, with its infinity pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September.
Salt filtration allows for better disinfection while being gentler on the skin, eyes and hair.

The house, carefully decorated, was built with old materials, which gives it all its charm.
You will find on 3 levels, 4 double bedrooms, with a small bathroom and a French window opening onto its terrace with sea view. Cupboards in all the bedrooms have mini-bars.
You will discover different outdoor spaces which allow you to enjoy different and exotic views, as well as a pétanque court for moments of sharing with family or friends.

A change of scenery guaranteed in a cocooning atmosphere and an incredible view...

Closed garage with a parking space, plus a covered parking space under the dining area terrace.

Free baby equipment: stroller, high chair, folding bed with 10cm thick mattress, changing mat.
Free shuttle at the foot of the house, running from July 14 to August 15
3 bedrooms with 180cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be combined into 1 180x200 bed

Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €280
Possibility to rent household linen (sheets and towels) on request, to be specified at least 1 week before your arrival, 20€/person per week. We take care of your reservation with the laundry and the delivery of your linen. Your beds will be made upon your arrival.

Wonderful house with regional individual character
We had a great 8-day vaccation together with our three adult children and partners. The house was perfect as each of the four rooms have separate bathrooms. The variety of spaces is just awesome. Outside: hanging out on the patio next to the nice infinity pool, big table for dining at the back of the house including gaz barbecue and additional private terrasses at each room. The pool has a very nice design and is very well maintained. You can just spend time in the pool enjoying the fantastic view on the sea and the Bay of Cavalaire. The different plants around the house fit perfectly to the regional style of the house. Inside: nicely designed spacious living, dining, room and kitchen. All rooms are nicely individually furnished and offer enough space for clothes etc. Beds and matrazes are fine and not soft. In the garage: washing machine and a dryer, we did not have to use because of sunny weather. Therefore there are enough clothes drying racks available. We liked the dishes and glasses in a more of sufficient amount. The kitchen offers everything you need, you just have to find it in the drawers and cupboards. Of course there is a big dish washer, too. A broken coffee machine was replaced immediately! If you like to take short walks: get your fresh baguette and croissant down and up in 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already planning our next stay.

We had a really good experience in this vacation house, the house had a very authentic style and the swimming pool is great (love the view on the sea). The harbor which is just a few km away has some really nice places to go to in the evenings.

Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus, toller Meerblick, super Pool, sehr netter und verlässlicher Kontakt. Das Haus hat natürlich schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich, steht dafür aber noch gut da. Wir werden wieder kommen!!!
