As usual the service at Palace is unparalleled. The animation team at the pool was amazing. Yesenia, Roxanna and Vania in the playroom were wonderful to our children in the playroom. It was great experience with staff and overall facility felt safe. While room service was available, reservations for dining options were hardly available during our stay. So felt like we are stuck with only 2 options that have dining and are walk-in. Surprisingly no real mexican food options even in room service, seemed too american.
