Ok place but not impressive
Ok hotel, convenient to the Castle, stores and restaurants. Not in the “tourist” section. Overall it was average, the big downside is there was no AC, and no screens on the windows so it was hard to have fresh air in the room. It was hot, the fan helped but that along with German hard beds, rest is hard. It did have lots of shed space, and decent coffee. Clean, modern and essentially quiet in terms of a hotel.

I stayed here one night on business. There are multiple dining options within walking distance of hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay.

Leider nur mittelprächtig
Ich kenne die Kette aus anderen Städten und habe drum blind gebucht. Empfang war top: Sehr herzlich, bayerischer Schmäh und alle wichtigen Infos rund um den Aufenthalt be kommen. Zimmer (108) sehr stark abgewohnt, lauter Kühlschrank, der jede halbe Stunde losrattert, Sauberkeit in Bad und Zimmer ungenügend. TV zwar riesig aber kein Empfang (Fehlermeldung beim Einschalten). Unnütze/veraltete LED-Licht-Konsole Frühstück: Mittel. Notwendiges ist da, es werden auch frisch zubereitete Eier angeboten. Aber auch hier mangelnde Sauberkeit (schmutziges Messer in der Box am Tisch - Leute, die sowas machen gehören sowieso abgewatscht, dennoch sollte das dem Service auffallen, wenn man wöchentlich? das Besteck polliert). Auch dieser Raum wirkt "abgewohnt".
