« Be prepared to have a condo HARD sell at this Worldmark Vacation resort when booking at this condo. Even though I had gone to their presentation before, they called me 3 times wanting me to give them an hour (which last time ended up being 2 Hours) of our time. Even after I told them we were there because our mother passed, they called AGAIN!!!! We never got what they promised us last time. Anyway we will probably stay again sometime but I just wish they’d accept my “no” without an extra...

« Birch Bay is beautiful and we loved watching the sunset, sunrise, and the tides coming in and out. The property was clean and updated and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were all closed due to covid. The pool and hot tub are closed until August or Sept for repairs. The property has shovels and buckets for clam digging. They also have balls, frisbees, and croquet to check out. It was a blast. »

« We came to the area for a training and the resort the training was at was sold out so we stayed at the Sandcastle. The room was nice. It had a big kitchen, large living room with a fireplace, and a big bedroom with a king bed. The service at the Sandcastle was AMAZING. Seriously the best service I think I've ever had at a hotel. They were so personable and helpful. I highly recommend!! »

« Our stay was short but enjoyable. With all new flooring, cupboards, appliances, fresh paint and new furnishings this has a fresh feel to the space. The foam mattress on the Murphy Bed was adequate. We did not use the internet and felt the $4.95/day access charge was a bit much. Any hotel/motel offers free internet. The location is great, right along the beach, and a short walk to the Beach House where we looked out at the beach as we ate a delicious breakfast. The owners and resort staff...
