The view was unparalleled, the furniture and beds cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Smart TV has all the apps for watching movies. We would love to come back. "

"The place is beautiful, right next to a forest so, not many human neighbors around, it’s a great getaway to relax, recharge and enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere that comes from the mountains. The only thing that scared us was that the main two doors are half see-through glass, and you don’t know who may be outside watching you; there was a guy asking us to turn off the outside lights at 8:30 am one day! but everything...

"We spent a few days on the property over New Years. It was the perfect space to gather for a few days. Views were stunning, home was spacious and clean, hot tub was great lots of fun board games and things to do. One of the couples had a baby and they had everything they could have needed. Kitchen had extra utensils which we didn’t expect but was nice to have. We made homemade pasta one night and had brought everything from home only to find they had the exact same pasta maker we had! "I enjoy the off-season in resort areas so enjoy coming to Orcas Island in February. This house is cozy and comfy, and I’ve rented it 4 of the last 5 years, which ought to say something! You can’t beat the location! Note to Sandi , the owner tho: you need to provide a snow shovel and bag of ice melter/rock salt. "

"I thought I had rented a studio and it was an entire house. The house and kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Coviently located to the airport Fairhaven Chuckanut and hiking. I had no problems at all while I was there. Cozy place with gas fireplace. "
