« Cute little place! 30 minutes from San Francisco Pier 39 area. We easily got an Uber for travel. Nice neighborhood with a market within a 15. walk. Definitely enjoyed the stay here! Note: the bathroom door knob needs updated. If you shut the door all the way. You get locked in the bathroom and cannot get out. »

« This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host. »

« we booked the cottage as we were visiting family for the holiday. Miscommunication of some sort, could not reach host, finally called and they had accidentally double-booked and so we ended up staying our first night of our booking in a smaller apt next door with 2 twin makeshift beds. they got us a room for the night at short notice due to the double booking, but not terribly comfortable. the next day we did get to the correct place which was nicer. it was more comfortable and as they described...
