« This is a small cottage behind the main house in my favorite Berkeley neighborhood (walk to the movie theater, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery store). I liked the radiant heating and warm floor in the winter, comfortable bed with great linens, and lots of light yet private. It's no longer new, and some of the furnishing is showing its age, but I found the place very comfortable. Parking in the driveway was great, as parking can be tight in this area. Patty was an excellent host. »

« My stay at Georgina's cottage was incredibly comfortable, beautiful and peaceful! The experience was possibly the best I've had while renting a temporary vacation home. It's a small space but very cozy and has all the essentials. Georgina is also the kindest host, easy to communicate with, and made me feel very well cared for during my stay. « We had to fill a gap before our flight for two nights and this was a lovely spot. beautiful view from the deck, lovely patio, privacy and close to the market and coffee bar. And on the quiet end of the waterfront in Sausalito. Just fit two adults upstairs and one teen on the downstairs pull out. There are lots of stairs up, which was not a problem for us. Charming. »
