"This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Their thoughtfulness and attentiveness is unparalleled
Food excellent and rooftop patio fun
They called the room to ask if we needed a ride and help with luggage.
Always helpful. I only wish more hotels were like this "
"Nice staff, great restaurant good ambiance. The gothic area dirty, graffiti right by the front of entrance, garbage in the corner. For a 5 star rating, need attention to detail such as lots of stains on the carpet my room, the lock on door in my room got stuck numerous times."
"Hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the gothic section and not far from the beach. The staff from check in to check out were amazing. Breakfast was exceptional, roof top bar was a nice plus. Housekeeping staff was the best I have experience in all of the hotels I have ever stayed in. "
"Beautiful room overlooking plaza allowed us to hear music and people enjoying their time in Barcelona! Friendly and helpful staff welcomed us throughout our visit. Take advantage of sauna and rooftop bar with views of city. Right in the middle of great shopping, restaurants, transportation. "
"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. The hotel had just been renovated and was incredibly clean and beautiful with art and decor in the lobby. The rooftop pool and view is an experience in itself!"

"Great style and service! "

"We were looking for a hotel near the Barcelona airport, and this one is perfect. The rooms are appointed for such purposes—not a lot of storage, but we didn’t need it, since we were just staying the night. The shuttle service is great. But the biggest treat here is the good. Others have mentioned the great breakfast buffet, but the dinner in the restaurant was amazing! I had the sea bass and my husband had the chicken with the world famous chorizo. We began with a cheese plate and ended with Catalan crème. Delicious! What a treat! "

"Great position for exploring Barcelona. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Our room was a twin room but only had a small window so ver little daylight and no view however it was modern, clan and comfortable.
Great place to stay and will most definitely recommend."
"Great place to stay that’s close to the airport. Loved that they had a free shuttle to take us to the airport. The restaurant prices were a bit high compared to the price of the rooms. "
