"The best breakfast buffet ever. Very friendly and helpful staff. The building is old so rooms are on the smaller side, especially the ones with double beds but still a great place to stay. Nice shower and amazing soap."

"The hotel was very nice overall although the area immediately outside the hotel was noisy and unsafe at night. I did experience two separate incidents of poor customer service from the restaurant staff although the management of the hotel were very kind to apologise for this."

"The property was amazing, the breakfast was brilliant the the staff were so friendly and nothing was ever too much. The only thing I would say to maybe have the pool heated as we went end of Feb and was too cold to use and would have preferred to use it. Other than that was an exceptional stay and particularly loved the huge bed :) x"

"I had an amazing one night stay at this hotel. It was easy to get to from the airport by bus. I had arrived in the morning and they allowed me to have early access to a room and gave me an upgrade as I mentioned with the cold rainy weather I would have a quiet day at the hotel reading and relaxing in my room since the rooftop pool was closed with the weather. The room was gorgeous and I love the windows. I had a delicious lunch with room service, enjoyed the jacuzzi, and had a delightful dinner...
