« The cabin is well decorated and well stocked. The mothball smell is strong as mentioned in other reviews but it wasn’t too bad. Just like spending the night at my grandma’s house. My only complaint is that the pull out mattress looked like someone had closed it up with fluid on it and the frame and mattress both had rust. It was okay for us since the kids are still small enough to sleep on the large sectional in the living room but it was not a pleasant start to our first night discovering that....

« The landlord made the check in process very simple. The house is older but was spotless. We had all the dishes and cookware we needed for feeding six adults and three children. The living room area is large and perfect for the kids to wrestle and play on the floor. Thank you Mr. McCoy for providing us with such a good place for our family get together. »

« Was looking for a close but rural, "far from the noise" place to get away for the weekend. Happened upon this studio apartment by chance, and will definitely book again soon. Thorough driving instructions, clean and cozy, warm, quiet. Appreciated the coffees. The pond behind the house is a nice touch. The porch table will come in handy for warmer, dryer nights. Enjoyed hearing the pond water, and the birds and wild turkeys in the morning. Recommend! Thanks! »

« This is an older home that the owner fixed up to be a vacation rental. Cute house in a cute neighborhood. Wifi and AC worked great. Nice fenced in back yard with a new picnic table. We had issues initially getting in touch with the owner which was stressful but she may be new to VRBO so that may improve over time. There was a sanitation issue but it was something that can be easily remedied so we won't share that here as it may not have been the owner's fault. I would recommend staying here....

« This little home is very homey. It feels relaxing and like going to my mom's house: great kitchen with all the tools and gadgets to stay home and prepare meals; back porch and large backyard; and a front porch to enjoy. The small dining room is perfect for intimate dinners and the cozy living room is great for lounging and visiting. We have stayed here twice and plan to attempt to attempt to book each time we find yourself in Searcy, Arkansas. »
